JDPD Western Baby 956LY 1191526 Western Pearl is as pretty as a new pearl necklace.  She is a ¾ purebred, polled, black and hairy.  She is extremely gentle for all showmen.  She was a reserve division winner at Lousiville and a crowd favorite in Denver.  She sports Championship bloodlines.  She is a paternal sib and  half maternal sib to the 2007 and 2010 Reserve National Champion females.  She is sired by Western Hauler, who was a National Champion balancer bull.  She has a nice spread on her EPD’s, from a -.5 birth weight to Yearling of 72 pounds.  Her actual birth weight of 72 and a yearling weight of 1080 demonstrates this consistency.  Phenotypically she is a beautiful heifer.  Extremely feminine and soft package with a gorgeous front and huge ribbed.  The typical Headline power we have all come to know and love coupled with Western Hauler’s front and softness is a definite win here.

HALB TWA Cherry Brandy 55M1 ET Drought has continued to hurt Texas, and at DH we have reduced and reduced and reduced our herd numbers.  With no rain in the forecast we have made the decision to start moving our donors out.  So with a very heavy heart we have decided to offer Cherry Brandy to this sale.  We have many eggs in the tank, as she has always flushed well, and feel that her genetics could help a fellow breeders herd.  Cherry Brandy has a great history of winning in the show ring and in the pasture.  As a young heifer she won Louisville, numerous state fairs and Ring of Gold. As a donor cow, she has produced champions and numerous herd sires.  To her credit she has produced JDPD Xhibit, JDPD Brandy Alexander, JDPD Brandy, just to name a few.   Part of this package includes a November born Akin bull calf at her side, JDPD Red Rock 55Y1. As many of you know, JDPD Akin was syndicated, so very few have access to his genetics.  Here is your opportunity to purchase an Akin son. JDPD Western Betta 11X1 Again the Headline daughter X Western Hauler cross works again. This is an older version of DH’s other futurity heifer.    11X1 is a December born, so she will fall into the different age division.  She is beautiful fronted, big hipped, and huge rib.
